Scalloped Blue Serving Bowl

A wheel-thrown ceramic bowl with a gently scalloped, petal-edged rim, glazed in layered shades of blue that pool and drift from deep indigo at the rim to soft periwinkle in the bowl’s center. A spiral marks the center of the bowl, a small detail that catches the eye each time it’s set down or picked up.

Wheel-thrown from stoneware and shaped by hand, this bowl measures approximately 10” wide and 4” tall — generous enough for pasta, salad, or fruit, and substantial enough to anchor a table on its own.

Each bowl is one of a kind. Small variations in glaze pooling, rim shape, and spiral carving are part of the handmade process.
