Laurel Ridge drapes soft spring green down the upper half of the mug, the glaze moving freely in vertical streaks before giving way to warm speckled stoneware below — like the tree line at the edge of a Pennsylvania ridgeline, where the forest meets open sky. Brown speckle breaks through at the glaze edge, grounding the green in something earthy and real.

Wheel-thrown from brown speckled stoneware, this handmade pottery mug holds 14 oz and stands approximately 3.75” tall — a comfortable everyday size that fits naturally in one hand. The slightly deeper green glazed interior carries the forest palette all the way through.

Each mug is one of a kind. The kiln determines exactly how the glaze moves and where it thins, so the streaking and edge will be uniquely yours. That’s the nature of handmade stoneware pottery.
